As has already been evidenced, I'm horrible at finishing stories. And I hate not finishing things.

So now I have a dilemma. I want to start ANOTHER, but I'm not silly enough to do that with so many incomplete stories. So now I must decide which one to finish.

I'm tempted to go with Experiment 4.0, since that's already toward the end anyway, all that has to happen is the 'final' battle that's already been set up, though lord knows how bad I am at action scenes which has kept me from doing it already, and then leading it off so I can use him in some NON origin stories.

But then, Experiment 2.0 is the 'main' character that everyone else is currently centered around, so not finishing his makes my chronological order requiring brain smack me in the skull. Though, I suppose it's not far from finished, but nowhere near as close as 4.0.

Jason Ballard is quite a ways off, though, so that's out.

I'll probably end up going 4.0, 2.0, then start up the new one while in the middle of Jason, since it'd be more interesting for me, and possibly anyone else who reads them since I'd actually have fun writing that one. Just because Earthbound Angel is fun to write.

AND, he has nothing to do with any of the other characters! So we could actually go an entire plot without encountering the confusing numerical system of the Experiments.

And since Shimmer's origin, so far as I've thought out, is basically input with Experiment 2.0, I see no reason to explain his entire backstory. Plus, why completely reveal the inner workings of his arch-nemesis? Ruins the secrecy.

Blind Messenger might eventually get done, but as with Jason, he's not quite as fun to write when he's not interacting with 2.0. And I know he's just as interesting to read because I almost PURPOSEFULLY made him boring and stereotypical to go against his usual nature.

I'd say it's doubling, but in fact, it only went up one last time.

Alright, onto the journal!

Now, I haven't been what you'd call 'happy yayayayay hurrah sweets candy fghsdfgdgfgshg' lately. Well, maybe the last one to some extent, but I've been mostly just stressing out over small things, juggling 3-5 people and my engagements to them, that sort of stuff.

However, I need to get some creativity out. I seriously do. I've been thinking of all sorts of stuff lately, and it isn't helping my mental state whatsoever! No, it is not. Y'see, when I start getting creatively backed up, I start becoming less and less attached to my ACTUAL problems and just put myself in imaginary mind-freak land to get away from it. That is to be reserved for reading only!

So... Yeah, basically. Let's see how long it takes to do my next journal! I'm now taking all bets.

Also- The mood pop-up isn't loading, so I guess I'm still feeling neglected. XD

I would say 'I'm going for a record,' but I think people who joined years ago then left are winning on that one.

I've been DROWNING in work. I have tests to take on Monday and Tuesday, and a full month and a half's worth of work is due then.

And I haven't started. Well, technically.

Theorizing about starting isn't actually starting, is it?

Whatever.

I've had a crappy week so far, so being forced to do a month's worth of work in two days just suits it right up.

Not as long as I thought.

I'd INTENDED to write up a Blind Messenger story, started on it, and... Well, life got in the way.

A lot.

Nothing bad, oddly enough. Well, TOO bad anyway. Became insanely good friends with someone, started cooking my favourite meal myself (=O I know.) and not having to go to school makes me a happy camper.

The distractions? Well, mostly other people's problems. I mean, I have problems, but for some reason, I just let other people's problems affect me a lot. It's just one of my traits, but it didn't used to alter my personality or schedule as much as it does now.

I sort of started missing one of my close friends, but to be honest, after so long I've gotten used to not talking to her. I wouldn't MIND talking to her again, but I just hate losing people, and losing someone once is enough for me.

Bah, emo.

So, BM. I might get to work on him sometime in the next month or so. I've got a bunch of ideas, I just want to see how they work out in private for me until I put them up here.

2.0... All I can think of is a cliched intermission at the moment. He's my main character, and I REALLY want to do him justice. It's harder because I'm apparently obsessed with linking my main characters to the same guy, so I have to give a lot of characters 'screen-time' in his origin.

Right, well... Just thought I'd show up again real quick.

Back to the grind!

I've been utilizing my creative juices to update stories for my school work, which takes a small amount of time, but a lot of creativity. And they're not even my best! Though, that WOULD be why I turn them in- I save my best for the future.

However, after this month, I'll be out of the class and into something new, which will re-enable my thinking juices yet again! I'll actually be able to write a cohesive sentence.

I've never really fleshed out his origin, even when I created him. At first he was a mad necromancer, then he turned into an old sidekick of Experiment 2.0's, and now it's a relatively gray area around his origin, so as I write it, we'll all be learning. Isn't that exciting?!1?1?!?!
